TFC u-20's to nationals !

Congrats to both the Men's and Womens TFC Super-Y U-20 teams! - they both finished on top of the South Atlantic Division and qualified for the national finals in Rockfort IL - July 29 - Aug 1

Zach Haines coaching the mens side and Pete Sadin the Ladies...
-
The TFC women's team has won the past two championships!
-
Never disappointed by the strength of the soccer in this region...

U20's? Thought Super Y went away? Tells you how long it's been since I spoke to Pete- congrats regardless.

Safe travels and good luck to the boys who headed to Chicago this morning.

Group play will include matches against LA Galaxy, Cincinatti United Premier, and Brooklyn Knights.

Agreed, and congratulations!!

Dallas, Houston, LA, Chicago, NY, Md, and Miami, seem to be the most successful areas, and they have a lot bigger player pools. Ral/Dur/CH does very well given the numbers.

TFC Men's U-20's play the LA Galaxy's team tomorrow and the Bronx Knights on Saturday. It's pool play - 3 pools of 4 - 3 teams and a wildcard advance to the Semi's Sat afternoon and Finals Sunday.

Saturday's match

TFC 1 - 1 Brooklyn Knights

At 0-1-2, TFC will not advance to the semi-finals, but it sounds like the boys enjoyed the competition....and yesterday's tour of the Windy City.

Safe travels home, and good luck to all the boys this fall as they continue their HS and college careers.
