If you woke up this morning it is because Nemanja Vidic spared your life. In an average room there are 1,243 objects that Nemanja Vidic could use to kill you, Including the room itself. Nemanja Vidic would have built Rome in a day. The chief export of Nemanja Vidic is pain. Nemanja Vidic once played Russian Roulette with a loaded gun and won. Nemanja Vidic crossed the road. No one dared question his motives. Nemanja Vidic once killed four birds with half a stone. (What's that? There's no such thing as half a stone? The four dead birds didn't think so either).

wow find it hard to believe that the mooresville job is still open? i guess the move to a new conference has made it less attractive. mt pleasant was set a few years back with Dave Durham, former stand out keeper at Catawba, and all around good guy. after all he did with the program, they turn him down for a full time teaching job. be nice to see Dave coach some where

Most of this list is from NCHSAA.org. It may be that they haven't updated it.

If you know of the new head coach at any of these schools, please list that also. Thanks for the heads up on Piedmont filling their vacancies.

The positions at Midway are still open. The school got a late start posting the position. Great school in a great community. The girls program had a nice season ( advanced to 2nd round ) last year with a team of all freshmen and a couple sophmores.

About 10 miles south of Dunn, NC, 45 minute drive south from downtown Raleigh and 25 minute drive east from Fayetteville. Not an area rich with Soccer alum so they will be looking for a coach to come in from outside of the immediate area.

I believe it is in Davidson county. Just off of 52. Appox. 10 miles to Winston-Salem. It looks like a very nice country type community.

Enough for the principal to hire you. Technically, none.

Commercial Drivers License. I have never been in full agreement with that, the coach driving the bus. I know it's done to save money but coaches should be focused on coaching and not driving. We ask a lot of these coaches the least the school can do is provide a driver. At some schools, the programs only have one coach!

Good thing about the coach driving :you know who the driver is and you can control the going and coming .
Some systems even pay the coach for driving (while he / she is behind the wheel.

This is true. The question is do you want the coach driving four hours to a playoff game, getting his team ready, and then going through the emotions of a playoff game and then having to drive back another four hours and get home at midnight or later on a country road? I think you put the players at risk under such conditions and schools should have a policy for at least long-distance playoff games to hire a designated driver to relieve the pressure on the coach. Schools are cruising for a bruising with a coach who falls asleep at the wheel under these conditions.

License to coach HS soccer? Are you kidding?

If you have a valid commercial driver's license and have watched 2-3 soccer games on TV you are qualified at 92.7% of NC HS.
