Looks like Jay has gone in search of a challenge. Hard to see how it gets any better than what he has here already.

Pretty safe choices; seems like they'll have it covered.

Jay is very well respected in girl's youth soccer. As with all youth $occer ventures, ju$t follow the money trail.

Birmingham had some nice dog race tracks in the past. I remember being wooed there back in the day.

The greyhound track is still there. In addition to the puppies running there is excellent off-track betting.
NC should seriously consider gambling, especially off-track betting parlors.

Well, I had looked it up before making that statement and in 2008 Jay received about $120K in total comp. from CASL. By comparison, Eric Dade, the
outgoing BUSA ED, made about $100K. BUSA appears to be a significantly smaller club. How much higher could they go?
Interestingly enough, BUSA teams participate in the Central Alabama Soccer League (CASL) so the wardrobe is still good.

Only problem is wearing CASL gear in bama is that BUSA is a Nike Club. What will Jay do with his entire Adidas wardrobe?

Isn't the cost of living lower in BUSA? My guess is if they could afford $110,000 Jay would be able to maintain maybe improve his current standard of
living.

Because I was talking about CASL on this forum.

I am sure that just about every leader in any organization has made decisions that did not go over well with people they were serving. I think that if
you look at the whole as opposed to bits and pieces he has done really well for CASL.
